Miscellaneous

This agreement will be governed by law of Ontario, Canada, without effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. If any provision of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
