Our client has an opening for a Service Marketing Program Plannerinthe Philadelphia area.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with NA regional marketing lead to plan, build and syndicate services program and campaigns in alignment with requirements from other regions.
Ensure architecture of other services programs and campaigns are optimized for execution via the NA demand center model.
Act as proxy for NA Services Marketing to maximize World Wide team resources such as demand generation campaigns, integrated media, customer value marketing, translation agencies and web.
Advise NA on marketing program design, development, optimization, budget planning, and best practices.
Provide visibility into program performance.
Align with program owner to manage the various work streams of the Services Identity Central Program including integrated media, demand generation campaigns, search, social media and sales enablement.
Engage with work stream leads to ensure alignment & shared best practices.
Lead the demand generation and audience intelligence work streams by engaging with World Wide resources.
Qualifications:
Global Project Management including working with colleagues from various cultures and geographies.
Campaign Planning & Execution – plan, build and syndication of B2B demand generation campaigns.
Online/Web – leveraging web for campaign including Search & Online Media.
Vendor Management – working with creative agencies & 3rd party vendors/analysts to create campaign assets & offers.
Budget Management – experience planning to and managing a budget based on priorities and KPI’s.
