The Marketing Data Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the day to day responsibilities of the Response Management team.  The Response Management team supports Sales and Marketing by combining business and technical processes to handle potential and existing customer responses to various types of marketing campaigns.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Handle requests for data uploads from multiple sources.
• Response Management rules and process expert
• Formatting data to meet quality control standards for load to database (standardize and merge data into an Excel template using macros)
• Working within a Microsoft Access database; Running Microsoft Access queries
• Distributing e-mails to appropriate team members for processing; Archiving e-mails
• Updating and maintaining records & transactions in databases
• Ad hoc projects, sometimes communicating as a liaison between the Marketing Managers and Data Ops.
• Support the adoption of new process and analytical tools.

• Must have the ability to set and maintain priorities in a multi-task environment and communicate potential workload issues to a Project Manager
• Enjoys problem-solving and highly analytical
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with business partners
• Comfortable with the ebb and flow of procedural development; Quick to implement process changes

Technical Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Access and MS Excel
• SAP CRM experience preferred

Education:

• Bachelors’ degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business or related field
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong collaborative, communications, and interpersonal skills.
