Our client, a leader in the enterprise software industry has a contract opportunity for an Inside Sales Rep to join their team.  This position is a long term, 12+ month contract.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telephone calls to generate, qualify and nurture sales opportunities among small to medium size enterprises, primarily with state and local governments, utilities, higher education and K-12.
  • Demonstration of opportunity up sell / cross sale.
  • Opportunity forecast to realization of revenue.
  • Number of opportunities identified and created.
  • Opportunity Pipeline Progression.
  • Activities performed and recorded to demonstrate the active engagement in the opportunity life cycle (e.g. Time on the phone, number of calls, etc…).

Job Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of previous inside sales/call center experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or other related field preferred.
  • End to end selling experience.
  • B2B experience required – reps will be calling into other businesses.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
  • MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
