Database Marketing ManagerThe Database Marketing Manager is a key member of the NA Database Marketing community consisting of various analytic and data management competencies. This position reports to the NA Database Marketing Director and is responsible for delivering actionable customer insights and recommendations based on quantitative methods and applications which will challenge the status quo. The effective candidate will champion these methods and through their demonstrated successes cultivate, grow and enhance the relationships with the Market Segment Leader, Team and Stakeholders. S/he will efficiently translate business issues confronting the team into relevant, quantitatively measurable and testable strategies resulting in actionable recommendations for the Marketing and Sales organizations. The successful candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytic and quantitative skills who feels equally at home performing statistical analysis, assisting in the ‘bring to market’ of campaign execution, and interacting with internal “clients”. Responsibilities: Leverage available data sources and range of tools to solve common marketing/business problems.
