This strategic marketing leader will drive strategy; integration, process and execution of new methods for SAP to capture “pull” marketing contributions from SAP Community Network and SAP’s social channels.
The role requires fundamental understanding of B2B decision makers’/influencers’ online behavior, including structured and unstructured activity.
The opportunity is for the marketer to help design an important new element of our client’s social media and lead generation strategy.
They will discover, map and optimize/manage Pull Marketing contributions from our client’s Community Network and other social media channels to contribute to company awareness and lead generation programs.
A strong secondary element of this role is to attract and educate new members of the Community using innovative outreach methods based on understanding of member personas, behavior, benefits and online activity.
Use of listening and other unstructured information gathering methods is key.
The role also has a fundamental community management and community building aspect, as the entire Community Network team engages with members/visitors on a daily basis.
Participation in the community to understand its norms from a person-to-person view, rather than a researcher’s view is key.
