If you can handle approving a radio spot, overseeing a TV shoot, tweaking copy for a print ad and sketching a slightly altered concept for the client on a cocktail napkin all before lunch, we want to talk to you.

You are:

• Experienced: You’ve earned your stripes through a minimum of 5 years’ work as an assistant creative director—or as a senior art director or senior copywriter
• A strong leader whom clients will love and whom our creatives will beg to please
• Skilled at turning ideas into innovative multiplatform campaigns
• Backed by a proven track record of resolving creative challenges
• Willing to make crackerjack decisions in a deadline-driven environment
• Freakishly committed to making clients happy

What you’ll do:

• Oversee all creative output (translation: the buck stops with you!)
• Pitch genius creative work to clients
• Participate in developing projects from concept to superlative work that can’t be ignored
• Recruit, mentor, reward and retain wicked creative talent
• Resolve creative challenges internally and with clients
• Develop strategy for winning new business
