Now Available recycles a bit of Christmas for VW Italia

Unless you’re a super-environmentalist, it’s easy to forget that with the holiday season comes a massive amount of paper and packaging. And it’s not just the pretty wrapping paper we buy, but all the shopping bags we cart our presents home in, not to mention the gifts’ actual packaging.

Milan based agency Now Available has made the link between the holidays and the need to recycle for Volkswagen Italia. As a part of VW’s “Think Blue” initiative, the agency has created the “Instant Christmas Recycler”, an outdoor installation that allows passersby to recycle their paper and plastic and have it “converted” into a Christmas decoration to take home.
