BBDO NY: Homemade HBO not like the real thing
‘Tis the season for giving presents from the heart, and what better way to show someone how much you mean to them than by crafting them something by hand? That’s all well and good when it comes to Christmas shortbread cookies, but it’s a little more difficult when what you wanna make is a TV show.
BBDO New York demonstrates this perfectly in a trio of spots for HBO, where enthusiasm for True Blood, Entourage and Eastbound and Down clearly outstrip the ability to actually make the programs as good as HBO does.
