AlmapBBDO and VW Bring the Test Drive Experience to your Screens
Last July, VW partnered with Cannes 2010 Agency of the Year AlmapBBDO to launch the Amarok, its first medium-sized pick up in Brazil. If you’re familiar with the agency, you’ll know that they’re not generally up for doing anything half-assed, so they decided to add a twist to the test drive experience.
By bringing the experience home.
Thanks to a mixture of mobile and online technologies, they created the Amarok LiveTest, which lets you control the car from the comfort of your phone and skip the annoying bit where you have to leave home if you want to test drive a car. See for yourself:
