Mother London gets your ganache all Gü-ey
I think it’s safe to assume that everybody here at ihaveanidea enjoys chocolate. Whether you partake of it on occasion like Nat, or whether it’s one of the four basic food groups (that would be me), good chocolate is the food of the gods.
But none of us here have ever tried Gü Chocolate Puds, a UK based purveyor of exceedingly rich ganaches and other desserts. If this spot by Mother London is to be believed, Gü might actually be made of hallucinogens that specifically target the ids of desperate housewives.
Rethink takes Toronto, opening up a shop in April
If 2009 was the year of the downturn, 2010 looks like the year of the turnaround, at least in the Toronto advertising community. With Red Urban and David&Goliath both set to open shop shortly, and doug agency becoming doug + serge with a mandate for expansion, there seems to be a lot happening in ihaveanidea’s old hometown. And now you can add Vancouver award show darlings Rethink into the T-Dot mix.
I’m a Don Draper girl, in a Don Draper world…
Everybody’s favorite period piece TV show about advertising won’t be back until summer, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get your Mad Men on in a very unique way. Ditch the remote-control pink Corvette and send Skipper off to do some babysitting, because Don Draper and friends have gone Barbie!
