Which ihaveanidea member deserves a Big Ad Gig?
All the entries for The Big Ad Gig competition that will take place during Advertising Week in New York City. All told, 49 young people were brave and/or crazy enough to publicly declare their love for the advertising business in the form of a YouTube video. By tomorrow, this list will be chopped down to a mere eight, so get on over here today to see all of the entries.
Now if you remember when we first mentioned this here in the Inbox, we said that if anybody in the ihaveanidea community entered this competition, we’d post their video submission on ihaveanidea. A number of you did indeed enter The Big Ad Gig, but so far only one has submitted their entry for the community to see.
So without further ado, we present Alan Kwon, an art director in New York City. If Alan’s name sounds familiar, it might be because he has graced the Inbox section before. Alan was the winner of the 3rd annual Wrath of Cannes Grand Coney back in June, and we did a mini interview with him right here.
For his entry video, Alan demonstrates how hungry he is to succeed in the ad biz… literally.
I always thought Ogilvy’s words would be a bit easier to swallow.
Good luck Alan, and to all other entries!
