Crispin Porter + Bogusky promote five to CDs
It’s promotion season over in Boulder, Colorado! Ad world idols Crispin Porter + Bogusky have promoted not one, not two, but five people to that lofty title of creative director! Long gone are the days when these guys are slaving around like interns in a rap video or something.
So who are these lucky people anyway?

(L–R) Ryan Kutscher, Omid Farhang & Alex Burnard
Ryan Kutscher
Ryan has worked on numerous projects including the Clean Coal campaign for the Alliance for Climate Protection, Burger King Flame and Whopper Virgins. Most recently, he worked on the Meet the Volkswagen campaign. He is now a creative director for Volkswagen.
Alex “Burnie” Burnard
Burnie has been working at CP+B for the past eleven years and first carved out a name for himself with his work for AND1. He is now the creative director on the Coke Zero and Buell accounts.
Omid Farhang
Omid began three years ago as an intern and has worked his way up through the ranks focusing on the Volkswagen account. He is now a creative director for Volkswagen.
Steve Babcock (not pictured)
Steve started on April Fools Day in 2007. He has produced work for Volkswagen, Domino’s and Guitar Hero. He is now the creative director for Activision/Guitar Hero.
Dave Swartz (not pictured)
Dave has been with Crispin Porter + Bogusky on and off since 1990. He has worked on many of CP+B’s clients over the past 19 years including AvMed, Shimano, Giro, Truth, Mini, Nike, Burger King, and B-cycle. He is now a creative director for Best Buy, Geek Squad and B-cycle.
Congrats gentlemen!
