Hooray capitalism! North Korea’s first beer commercial
For the first time ever, North Korea’s hardline government has allowed beer to be advertised on TV. State-owned Taedonggang Brewing Company launched its first TV spot today, and, well, let’s just say it has a long way to go before “The Pride of Pyongyang” will be vying for a Lion in Cannes.
D&AD Student Awards 2009: “Student of the Year” winners
Last night, our friends at D&AD presented their Student Awards 2009, a raucous affair held at Kings Place in the Kings Cross area of London. ihaveanidea was fortunate enough to be there live last year, but this time around we’ll just have to live vicariously through the press release.
