You guys may have seen or gotten this viral for the '09 Andy Awards already:

Pretty funny. It preys on the insecurities of creatives. And it's anonymous to send. Mother, London came up with it.
The Andy's also introduced a new innovation category this year to help corral brilliant yet amoebic ideas.
I worked for the Andy's a few times. During the final hours of judging, things like Nike ID, UniqLOCK, Earth Hour and The Tap Project all seemed to bust out of categorization. I think that's where this new slot was born. Should be interesting. http://andyawards.com

So, the International ANDY Awards is entering its 45th year as one of the industry’s preeminent creative advertising awards show.
