Full time creative job vs. internship at a dream agency?

Is it crazy to take an internship at a great agency over a full time position at good agency?
I graduated from a portfolio school a few months ago, and have just been offered a full-time position. But one of my dream agencies would like me to take a paid 3-month long internship, it’s one of the top shops in the States and doing …

I’m a good creative, but I know I can be a GREAT suit

I have a question. In our industry, it can be seen as a very odd question.

I am having trouble getting even considered because my lack of “book” My question to you, how would an aspiring copywriter get a chance (unpaid) to make his mark in …

Can I make a career out of only working on ethical brands?

Hi Jancy. Do you believe it is possible to earn a living (not a lot but enough to get by) using creative advertising skills while not supporting large corporations. I have a good portfolio of spec work and really enjoy the process but would feel soulless promoting products for large unethical corporations.
