Good ideas are universal, English grammar is not. HELP!

Hello, I’m a brazilian copywriter who loves to travel.
And my major goal is work abroad.
I love to meet different cultures and interesting people.
But I need to practice my english.
There’s no problem to speak and understand what the people are saying.
But, as you can see, my grammar is awful.
Do you think is indispensable to know the grammar well?
Good ideas works on every language. Don’t you think?
Thanks for your help.

intro Good ideas are universal, English grammar is not. HELP!We’re going to be honest—writers who aren’t fluent in English have a very tough time finding work at English agencies. Nancy would have loved to have worked in Montreal but since she didn’t and never will speak French, gave up on that dream. You are way ahead of her—you have good comprehension. But it really isn’t enough to be able to have the ideas. The craft is important, and understanding the nuances of the language and culture are important. We won’t say it’s impossible to get a job with a great portfolio that shows that great ideas transcend language (which is true). But as a writer, you can’t avoid writing well as price of entry for a well-paying communications job.

Thanks for your reply. I’m gonna work on it. I know grammar is very important, but i have to look at the culture and behaviour as well. It’s hard but I won’t give up.
