Silence of the scams

I want to win awards, I really do. But it seems as though the only way I can win awards is by doing scam work.
My question is, should I walk the path of scams to achieve money, success and fame in advertising?

intro Silence of the scamsScam ads are the black cloud over our business. They destroy our credibility with our clients, they are self indulgent and they do get through awards show juries and make people more money and famous sometimes in the process. There are entire countries that are famous for doing them. Jancy says tsk tsk. We’ve seen many more people win fame and fortune for award winning work that’s legitimate. If the only way you can win is with fake work then you should change agencies. Work at a place that has a way of doing the job in place that leads to excellent work that actually runs. We also point out that “all scam all the time” is an unsustainable model. You will be known for it eventually, at which point you’re not employable.
