I’m not sure if I know enough to be in ad school

I need brutal honesty…(like you’re gonna give it to me any other way:) I just started at the Creative Circus with no former collegiate degree, compared to the other first quarter students i feel a bit overwhelmed as to how much knowlege i have about the “Ad world ” That combined with not knowing about all the staple softwares makes me feel ill everynight before i go to bed….is it gonna be crazy impossible for me to get to everyone elses craft and execution level?

intro Im not sure if I know enough to be in ad schoolYou must have enough knowledge of the ad world to have wanted to break into it…and getting up to speed isn’t brain surgery. Start surfing. Tons of ad sites mean you can get the crash course in a matter of days. As for learning to use the software—that’s just tools and the school is there to teach you in part how to use them. The hard part is learning how to create smart communications, which you don’t mention. It’s a good school and they wouldn’t have accepted you if they didn’t think you have what it takes. Relax.
