Should I be a writer or an art director?


I’m an art director, or at least I thought I was. I keep wondering if I wouldn’t make a better writer. My writer thinks I’m great with copy, and often jokes that he can just set up a hammock in the corner and let me take over. Know anyone who’s crossed over and how they handled it?
