I hate my partner

I’ve been paired with a partner I cannot stand, I hate the way he talks, picks his nose and thinks he is the second coming of Lee Clow. I can’t afford to quit so how do I deal with this? I think I am going to kill him.

intro I hate my partnerWe always advise splitting from a partnership that isn’t working as soon as possible. However, conditions may suggest you have to hang in for awhile. You don’t say how long you’ve been together, or how much experience you have. If it’s a fairly new pairing, and you don’t have senior clout to say no way to your CD straight away, give the partnership several months before complaining in earnest. That way you’ve shown you’ve given it a fair chance and will be taken seriously. And you must tell your partner you’re having problems with x, y, z. First rule of any partnership: you’ve got to be honest with each other. You may even be shocked to find he responds positively. Maybe he actually likes you and would want to do what he can to make it work.(On the other hand, sounds like a real asshole. Good luck.)
