Submit an article to IHAVEANIDEA

While many of the stories and pieces in the articles section are written by Submit an article to IHAVEANIDEA staff, we invite and encourage our viewers to contribute their own. It’s a perfect way to share your thoughts and expertise with a broad audience of advertising professionals and fans alike. If your work is selected, it stands to be read by the whole IHAVEANIDEA community and beyond.

Here are a few quick guidelines for submitting articles:

  • Shameless self-promotion is a no-no. We’d welcome a submission by an editor regarding new editing technologies. We’d likely turn the submission down if it trumpeted the editor’s company every other sentence.
  • Please ensure your submission is of reasonable length. Under 750 words might be a little thin; over 2000 words is probably too heavy.
  • Submit an article to IHAVEANIDEA welcomes articles in multiple languages, provided that an English translation is also included.
  • Articles may also include images, videos and links. These should be submitted alongside your article, along with instructions as to how you would like them used.

Here are some examples of articles submitted to IHAVEANIDEA in the past:
